What We Installed

  • A free-standing Gorbel workstation crane
  • Custom end-of-arm tooling built around an industrial magnet
  • Mechanical installation of the complete system by our crew

How the Project Came Together

From Challenge to Solution

See how each project came together, from the initial need and installation process to the finished result.

The Problem

The plant makes steel decks from 48 to 60 inches long, weighing 150 lbs each. Operators were lifting them by hand, and the company would not accept the injury risk.

How It Went In

We designed the crane and the magnet tooling as one system, sized for decks from 48 to 60 inches long, and our crew handled the mechanical installation.

The Result

Employees no longer lift the steel decks by hand, removing the injury risk that manual handling carried.
