What the Series D Is

The PFlow Series D is a two-post hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyor rated to 3,000 lbs. A hydraulic cylinder drives lifting chains that raise a structural steel carriage along two fixed guide columns. It carries material only. Riders are prohibited under ASME B20.1, the conveyor standard that governs these machines rather than the elevator code.
For most two-level pallet applications under 3,000 lbs, this is the machine. It costs less than a mechanical lift, needs less structure than a four-post, and does the one job it's built for reliably.

Can people ride it?
No. Material only, under ASME B20.1. Interlocked gates and full-height enclosures enforce it.
Can it be added to an existing mezzanine?
Yes, routinely. We verify the existing structure and slab for the imposed loads during site review.
Hydraulic or mechanical?
Hydraulic suits two-level duty at moderate cycle rates. For frequent cycling, taller travel, or three-plus stops, the M Series is the right machine.
