We design, sell, and install systems for industrial buildings: modular offices and cleanrooms, steel mezzanines and the lifts that serve them, Gorbel and R&M cranes, pallet racking and shelving, and conveyors. The unusual part is not the product list. It is that we hold a Georgia commercial contractor license and install the systems ourselves, so the drawing, the permit, and the crew all come from the same company

Working Together
You will talk to Mike. On most jobs you will keep talking to Mike, through the quote, the drawings, the permit and the install.
We walk your floor before we quote. That is how we find the constraint the drawings do not show: the fire main in the wrong place, the slab that will not take the load, the column that puts the runway six feet short. Finding those before the proposal keeps them out of the change orders.
When a job is not a good fit, we say so. There are systems we do not install and sizes we are not set up for. Telling you in week one costs you less than finding out in month three.
How Installation Works
Our Crews
Our installers are mechanical installers and riggers on our payroll. They set steel, erect crane runways, build modular panels and reconfigure racking. Most of that work happens inside buildings that are still running, which is a different job from building on an empty slab.
That means nights and weekends when the line cannot stop, your lockout and PPE rules rather than ours, and a phased job so the areas you still use stay open. The sequence is agreed before the permit is pulled.
What We Do Not Do
Scope
We are not a forklift dealer and we do not service fleets. On projects that need electrical, plumbing or fire protection work beyond coordination, we bring in licensed trades and manage them rather than claiming their licenses.
