What We Installed
A three-level PFlow M Series two-post mechanical lift with a 26-foot vertical rise and a travel speed of 40 feet per minute, installed turnkey by our crews. We worked it out with PFlow Industries after a series of visits to the Atlanta facility to study how material moved.

The Problem
ASOS was moving pallet loads of clothing onto a multi-level mezzanine in its Atlanta distribution facility by forklift. It was slow and it was unsafe. The request came from the company's London office.
How It Went In
We visited the Atlanta facility several times to see how pallets actually moved onto the mezzanine, then worked with PFlow Industries to design a lift built for that specific layout. Our crews carried the job from design through installation.
The Result
The lift replaced forklifts for every transfer onto the mezzanine.
