Modular Office Solutions

A large manufacturing facility in South Georgia recently contacted Power and Motion to help create office space in their existing warehouse. They needed something that could be installed quickly, cleanly, and with minimal disruption to their busy production lines. And, they needed to expand the office after the new year. It was the perfect opportunity for a modular office.

With panels designed to the customers’ exact height and width, this 2-room modular office was installed with very little on site cutting, which saved time and protected the facility’s environment from much of the noise and dust that comes standard with stick-built construction. And, because the panels and studs arrived pre-sized, installation took less than 2 days to complete.

No need to worry about doors, windows, lights etc. All of those are part of a modular office order. Our customer was thrilled not to have to worry about sourcing those and then hoping they fit or arrived on time. He also took advantage of some specialty HVAC equipment that we installed as well. All of this was done under one PO which kept things quick and convenient on the paperwork side. This was a huge plus to the customer who has many other job responsibilities on his plate.
